My entrepreneurial philosophy
Bassalo stands for game, fun & sport
In keeping with this motto, I see it as a task to convey the following with my idea:
1. Happiness and fun
2. (Self-) confidence & courage
3. optimism
But also: creativity, health, humor, enthusiasm, respect, team spirit, fairness.
For me, success is if I can make other people happy.
My motivation is the great moment of success of the players when they catch the ball for the first time with my cups. This is the moment when many wonder that they have made it and can always believe in themselves!
Only passing this on is worth every effort and work to me.
Dreams and visions
I believe that every person should have dreams and goals and that EVERYTHING is possible!
I hope that as many people as possible can get to know my game and develop personally.
My vision is that every school worldwide has a school set for physical education.
My dream is to make Bassalo to an official sport.
External politics and world circumstances do not affect me. I live in my own positive world and try to make my environment a little bit friendlier every day.
Every human being is human, no matter of which origin, what position he has or how much money he earns. I care a lot about contact and contact at eye level. A relaxed, honest, humorous way and the Duzen among themselves and with my business partners is a matter of course for me.
